All prices are shown both including and excluding VAT. Shipping costs are specified in the Checkout. All payments are made in SEK.

Payment is made by credit card, Klarna or Paypal.


Right of withdrawal/return for companies

As a business customer, there is no statutory right of return, but we offer a 3-day right of return for products in completely unopened original packaging . In the event of incomplete returns, we reserve the right to charge additional costs or to refuse the return altogether.

For products that are not in stock or for goods that are in stock but have been specially customized , no right of return is offered.

The return request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date and sent to: iceman_kylservice@hotmail.com

If the return is approved, the item must be sent back to Iceman within 14 days of approval .

Please note that the original invoice must be paid in full before a return can be approved .

When returning, a copy of the invoice and/or payment receipt must be enclosed. The return is only considered approved after we have received and checked the item. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We do not collect returns at service locations.

We reserve the right to deduct any depreciation if the item is not returned in new condition. Return shipping is at the customer's own risk.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the goods upon receipt. If errors or defects are discovered, a written complaint must be sent to us no later than 10 days from the date of delivery . If no complaint is made within this time, the goods are considered to be approved in the delivered condition.


Right of withdrawal/return for private individuals

Private individuals always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the day you, or your representative, received the goods (the withdrawal period).

For a return to be approved, the product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition . If the item is missing parts, is used or otherwise not complete, we may either refuse the return or charge a cost for the decrease in value.

If you want to cancel a purchase made via our website, you must send a clear email to Iceman Kylservice before the cancellation period expires: iceman_kylservice@hotmail.com

In the email, please include your name, address and relevant information such as order number, invoice number and product name.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer pays the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for the condition of the goods from the time they are received and throughout the return shipping. Responsibility only ends when Iceman has received the return. The customer must always save the delivery receipt as proof that the return has been sent.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the day the customer notified Iceman Kylservice that the right of withdrawal is being exercised. The return must be well packaged, in good condition and preferably sent in the original packaging.


Right of complaint for companies

The right of complaint also applies to business purchases, but follows the provisions of the Sales Act. We offer a one-year spare parts warranty on all our products, and it is this period that applies to complaints. For the right of complaint to be valid, the defect must be of an original nature, i.e. a manufacturing or production defect.

If the complaint requires on-site service, this must be carried out within 14 days of the complaint being approved, unless otherwise agreed. The date on which the written fault report is received is considered the date on which the fault or damage is deemed to have occurred.


Right of complaint for private individuals

The right to a complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. If the customer discovers a fault in an ordered item, Iceman should be contacted as soon as possible via the contact details on our website. A complaint made within two months of the fault being discovered is always considered to have been received in good time.

The customer has a three-year right of complaint on goods purchased from us. The date on which the written defect report is received is considered the date on which the defect or damage is deemed to have occurred.


Guarantee

Warranty is offered on all products and varies between 6 to 12 months. More information is detailed under each product.

Service/Repair on purchased products

Please note that liquid damage, software-related errors, external influences and other types of handling errors are not covered by the warranty or right of complaint. If the error does not fall within the scope of applicable legislation, or if a cost proposal is rejected, a fee for examination and shipping may apply.
