Buy Online, pick up in stock or order to your address
We will hold your goods from the time we notify you that your order is ready for pickup or to be shipped.
You can either have the product shipped to your address, or pick up the product at the warehouse address. This is selected at the final stage of the purchase.
Used products - Only sold within the Gothenburg area (also Borås, Trollhättan, Varberg etc.). Therefore, used products are only shipped/delivered within the Gothenburg area.
New products - Some new products are only sold in the Gothenburg area. Some new products are sold throughout Sweden. More information about this can be found under each product.
As soon as your order is ready, we will send you an email. If you place an order while the warehouse is open, it is usually ready for collection within a few hours. If you place an order after the warehouse has closed, your order is usually ready for collection shortly after the warehouse opens the next morning.

Please note that, depending on the change requested, we may need to cancel the original order and place a new one.
You can designate another person to pick up your order when you place your order. You must provide the person's name and email address. We will then send a "Ready for pickup" message to the designated person, who must present valid ID and order number in store.
Please bring your order number (found in your "Order Confirmation" and "Ready for Pickup" emails) and valid photo ID. You do NOT need to bring the credit card used for the transaction.
All our products include a warranty. Warranty period is included under each product.
