DELIVERY TERMS
When purchasing from us, VAT and shipping costs are added (depending on the choice at checkout). We deliver products and accessories within Sweden in collaboration with our forwarders DHL, UPS and Schenker.
DELIVERY BY SHIPPING
Normal delivery time is approximately 1–5 working days, depending on whether the item is in our central warehouse or if it is ordered directly from the supplier. We always strive to meet the stated delivery time and do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. In some cases, delivery may take longer, for example if we are waiting for delivery from the supplier. Regardless, we will deliver your order as soon as possible. Valid identification must be presented upon collection or delivery.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
When your order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. When the item(s) are on their way, you will also receive a delivery confirmation via email.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If any damage occurs during transport, this must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder or to us. Ask the freight forwarder to note the damage directly on the consignment note and then contact the freight forwarder by phone or email. It is important that you unpack and check the goods carefully upon receipt. In order for the matter to be handled as quickly and smoothly as possible, we ask that you save all packaging so that it can be inspected if necessary. Depending on the extent of the damage, a re-delivery, repair or price reduction will be made.
PICK UP IN STORE
If you are unable to receive the delivery at your home or business address, you can select the option Pick up at our warehouse at checkout. In this case, you will collect your products from our warehouse yourself. You are responsible for picking the product and transporting it.
